Our on-site laboratory operates independently of commercial and operations teams, so test results reflect the product — not the interests of any party in the transaction. Samples are drawn at receipt, during storage, before blending, and ahead of dispatch, using standardized sampling procedures that hold up in any custody dispute.
Results are issued as certificates of quality or certificates of analysis, referencing the specification you require — whether that's an internal company spec, an industry standard, or a buyer's contractual requirement.
